Do you ship internationally? Yes! However, once the package leaves my hands, it is at the buyers risk. I do not ship with phytosanitary certificates and I do not offer refunds if customs confiscates your package. 

Should you declare your packages as seeds for international orders? Absolutely! I call it like I see it and so should you. If customs in your country doesn't like receiving pepper seeds, that's the risk you are taking ordering from outside of your country. 

Why a flat rate of $20/package for international orders? I will be shipping in bubble mailers and the going rate is anywhere from $19-$21/package. I would love to offer cheaper shipping, but at this time, this is what works best for all parties. All packages will have tracking numbers.

Why not offer a cheaper option of sending in an envelope and slapping a couple stamps? While that is how I did things in the past, I've noticed more and more issues with seeds being damaged due to getting sent through the sorting rollers. In addition, the extra price you pay gets you tracking numbers so you can see that your package is on its way. Bottom line? By sending in a bubble mailer, you have the peace of mind that your seeds and stickers will be safe and secure.

When will I get my package? Orders will be shipped within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once you receive confirmation your package has shipped, you will also receive a tracking number and can monitor you package as you wish.
